NEW ACCOUNTS & PAYMENT
Orders
can be prepaid with Visa, MasterCard, company check or wire transfer
until an account is established. For credit approval, please allow 3
weeks for processing. Payment terms for open accounts are net 30 days.
ORDERING & SHIPPING
The
Minimum order is $ 50.00 net. Orders for less then this amount incur an
additional handling fee of $ 10.00. Shipping is via UPS standard
service;
2-day & overnight service are also available.
Transport fees consist of UPS charges plus a nominal packaging fee.
BACKORDERS
Items
that are out of stock will be backordered. A message regarding
backorders will appear at the bottom of the invoice. Please notify us ASAP if backorders are needed urgently.
We will confirm the shipment of backorders as soon as the merchandise is available.
REPLACEMENT & DAMAGES
Eurographics will replace all defective merchandise.
The customer is entitled to refuse the shipment if the package arrives visibly damaged.
If a damaged package has been accepted, we ask that all merchandise and
packaging be saved. In either case, please notify us immediately.
RETURNS
All
returns must be authorized by Eurographics in advance. Unauthorized
returns will be refused and returned to the customer, freight collect.
All claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt.
