Puzzle Warranty


Because each puzzle is cut uniquely, pieces are not transferable between puzzles.

If you believe that there is a puzzle piece missing, please do the following:

  1. Assemble the entire puzzle using all available puzzle pieces
  2. Carefully search the area where you were assembling the puzzle
  3. Search nearby areas where the piece may have traveled
  4. Search any guilty-looking family members, friends, or pets
  5. Allow a few days for the missing piece to turn up - it usually does!

Still missing a piece?


We will mail a ‘patch kit’ which will allow you to cover the area of the missing piece.

To request a puzzle patch kit please send us an email to quality@eurographicspuzzles.com with the following included:

  1. Your name and address
  2. The item number of the puzzle purchased (this is next to the UPC on the box)
  3. A close-up photo of the area with the missing piece taken from directly above the puzzle (must not be on an angle)

Processing time for a puzzle patch kit is 2-4 weeks.
