Because each puzzle is cut uniquely, pieces are not transferable between puzzles.
If you believe that there is a puzzle piece missing, please do the following:
- Assemble the entire puzzle using all available puzzle pieces
- Carefully search the area where you were assembling the puzzle
- Search nearby areas where the piece may have traveled
- Search any guilty-looking family members, friends, or pets
- Allow a few days for the missing piece to turn up - it usually does!

REQUEST A PUZZLE PATCH KIT:
We will mail a ‘patch kit’ which will allow you to cover the area of the missing piece.
To request a puzzle patch kit please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following included:
- Your name and address
- The item number of the puzzle purchased (this is next to the UPC on the box)
- A close-up photo of the area with the missing piece taken from directly above the puzzle (must not be on an angle)
Processing time for a puzzle patch kit is 2-4 weeks.
